In the first episode of The Dr. Rob Show, we discuss my reasons for attending Bastyr University and focusing my practice on weight loss.
My goal is to help people change their mindset and approach when it comes to losing weight.
The advice people receive about weight loss is actually contributing to the problem.
In this episode of The Dr. Rob Show…
- Background on Dr. Rob
- Why we need to change mindset and approach about weight loss
- Why dieting or intentional caloric restriction is a great way to gain weight
What Do You Think?
- Have you been on a diet before?
- Were you able to achieve the results you wanted?
- Did you lose weight in the beginning, but eventually gain it back?
- What is your biggest challenge or struggle?
- What other questions do you have?
